Healthy Habit Checklist

Do you sleep 7-8 hours each night?

Do you eat at least five generous servings of fresh fruits and vegetables each day?

Do you do at least 150 minutes of aerobic exercise a week?

Do you do strength training three times a week?

Do you drink  a minimum of 64 ounces of filtered water a day?

Do you practice mindful meditation at least three times a week?

Are you part of a community and/or have a strong social circle?

Do you consume less than 25 grams* of sugar a day?  (Ideally even less!)

Is your weight at the lower to middle range of the healthy recommendations for your gender and body type?

Do you consume primarily whole grains that are free of preservatives or additives? 

*(25 grams for women, 38 grams for men, 12 grams for children and 0 grams for infants and toddlers is the current recommendation by doctors and scientists. Check out this rocking website for more information.)
